Whilst Bangalore is known as the Silicon Valley of India, agriculture is nonetheless an important industry, with India being the second largest producer of farm output in the world. A significant share of the rural industry comprises grain, and the best place to find out more about it is at the GrainTech India 2013. The event is scheduled to take place from August 23-25 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). It is India’s largest international exhibition on grain, cereal, spices, oil seeds, feeds and the products and technologies that are responsible for the growth of this important industry.
